- By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
2. Products & Availability
- We strive to display accurate images and descriptions of our plants and products. However, as living plants may vary in color, shape, and size, slight variations are natural.
- Product availability is subject to change. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full before the order is processed.
- We accept payments via secure online gateways, including credit/debit cards and other accepted payment methods displayed on our website.
4. Delivery Policy
- We deliver across UAE within 2–4 business days (subject to product availability and location).
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Free delivery may apply for orders exceeding a certain value (as specified on our website).
- We will contact you if there are any delays due to weather or logistical reasons.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Plants are perishable items, and as such, we do not accept returns once they are delivered in good condition.
- If a plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- Upon approval, we will provide a replacement or a refund (refunds may take 5–7 working days to process).
- Pots, gardening tools, and accessories (non-living products) may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
6. Care Responsibility
- After delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper care of plants as per the guidelines provided. Pure Plants is not responsible for plant health issues resulting from improper care.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the order has not yet been shipped or prepared.
- A small transaction fee may apply to refunded payments depending on the payment gateway policy.
8. Liability
- Pure Plants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- While we provide care tips and recommendations, plant performance may vary based on environmental factors.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, images, and text on www.pureplants.ae are owned by Pure Plants and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UAE law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
